Ratafia Enrico Toro liqueur 1lt
An ancient liqueur, Ratafià was served in place of coffee at the end of an aristocratic meal in the 18th century. It's made from ripe black cherries, left to macerate with sugar in glass containers in the sun for about 30 days. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP is then added and the maceration continues for another month.
Enrico Toro Ratafia Liqueur
Enrico Toro Ratafia Liqueur presents a deep purple color with copper highlights. The nose welcomes us with typical aromas of cherry jam, toasted almonds, maraschino liqueur, and bitter cocoa, along with spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, it is smooth, warm, and powerful, with a sweet, clean flavor and a long, spicy finish.
