Coppo's Alta Langa Riserva is an intense and very rich vintage sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged on the lees in the bottle for 60 months. Aromas of exotic fruit, candied fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs, and pastry emerge from the glass. The palate is very smooth, creamy, lively, and engaging.

Luigi Coppo's Alta Langa Extra Brut Riserva sparkling wine displays a golden straw yellow color with a subtle, elegant perlage. The nose is a burst of aromas ranging from apple and ripe pear, peach and almond, to bread crust and yeast.

On the palate, it's long and enveloping, directly echoing the olfactory experience. Smooth and captivating, it's striking for its persistence and broad resonance, which ultimately yields hints of aromatic herbs.

COMBINATIONS

Vanilla nuances emerge from the aging in barriques and the forty-eight months on the lees. A refined sparkling wine that pairs easily with fish, seafood, and white meats.
