Seedlip's Spice 94 is a non-alcoholic spirit named after 1494, the year Christopher Columbus discovered Jamaica pepper in the Caribbean: the latter is among the main ingredients of this blend. Produced, like the other spirits in the same range, following the guidelines found in "The Art of Distillation," a 1651 book by the renowned English physicist John Frenc, Spice 94 is made from natural ingredients and was created with the ultimate goal of changing the way we drink spirits.
