Foie Gras Goose bloc 2x40 gr Rougie
Foie gras is arguably the product that best represents quality French cuisine. Rougié raises and produces its products in Sarlat, in the heart of the Perigord region, a historically prime area for foie gras. The "Bloc" version is made with at least 98% fatty liver, which in this case is more homogeneous (as it is obtained from small, emulsified pieces) than the Foie Gras Entier. This extraordinary product offers the best possible experience of foie gras.
Foie Gras Goose Bloc Rougie
Since 1875, the Rougié family has represented the quintessence in the history of Foie Gras.
A family business that began with a small workshop located in the heart of the Périgord region of France and has continued to thrive, always pursuing the highest quality. Today, Rougié Foie Gras is found in grand hotels, the finest restaurants, luxury food shops, and first-class airlines in 120 countries across all five continents.
Rougié's ambition is to always remain at the top, offering a range of products of the highest quality. To achieve this goal, the Rougié Bizac International Group was created in 1999, allowing control of the entire supply chain required to produce the finest foie gras, from the goose or duck egg to the finished product.
The male animals of the Mulard variety, 100% of French origin, are raised on open-air farms exclusively in the west and south-west of France, in small numbers and under the direct supervision of the Rougié family, with an exclusively plant-based diet and are fattened for a maximum of 12 days.
