Tramin's "Marjun" Pinot Noir is a red wine with fine tannins and a refreshing finish. The harvested grapes are destemmed and pressed. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in concrete vats for three days, then is racked into oak barrels where it will age for approximately a year before being bottled.
