"Il Rogito" of Cantine del Notaio is a rosé wine from Basilicata from Aglianico grapes, of medium structure, aged for 12 months in barrique. Rich, intense and slightly spicy on the nose, on the palate it is soft, fresh and enveloping, enriched by elegant floral notes, balanced and persistent.

The Rosé wine Il Rogito by Cantine Del Notaio at the tasting shows an intense, crystalline and bright claret color. The nose highlights aromas of small red fruits on a carpet of pleasant notes of withered flowers and spiciness, also given by the aging in wood. The taste is enveloping and fresh, with a soft entry and a remarkable persistence accompanied by continuous fruity and floral references. It is extremely versatile in combinations with both meat and fish. It requires medium-structured preparations, from appetizers to cheeses.
