Curtefranca DOC Corte del Lupo Bianco Ca 'del Bosco is the still white of Ca' del Bosco that enhances all the aromas of the Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. Excellent on the nose, it is equally satisfying on the palate, and is the proof that Ca 'del Bosco excels even in still wines (after all, the best classic methods are born from excellent still wines!).

 

Curtefranca DOC "Corte Del Lupo" White Ca' Del Bosco

At the tasting, the Curtefranca DOC Corte Del Lupo Bianco wine of Ca 'Del Bosco shows a bright straw yellow color, the nose immediately highlights the sweetness of the yellow pulp fruit, peach, apricot and medlar, together with tones of eromatic herbs, thyme and sage, with iodized hints. Puffs of enamel and gunpowder in the background. Taste that expresses softness, a good body and the right freshness, perfectly in line with the olfactory references, especially on the finish, with an infallible sapidity.

PAIRINGS

Perfect with asparagus risotto and fish carpaccio, it goes well with fried fish and battered vegetables.
