Ciro 'white DOC Caparra & Siciliani wine

Ciro 'bianco Caparra & Siciliani wine upon tasting is crystalline, antique golden yellow with amber nuances, quite consistent. The nose has evolved from southern white, toasted almond and almond blossoms, black olives, aniseed spice. The taste is balanced in its components, of medium thickness and leaves in the mouth a pleasant finish of dried fruit and something that remembers the marsala wine and the traditional whites of these parts from afar.

Ciro 'bianco Caparra & Siciliani wine is recommended to taste with pasta with sardines for example, or with a fresh tuna fillet seared on the grill or cooked in such a way that a little bit of that beautiful dark red remains inside, then compare the two wines and tell us which one you prefer.
