Colli Orientali del Friuli Chardonnay DOC “Spìule Angoris Riserva Giulio Locatelli” from the Angoris estate, ages for ten months, partly in steel, partly in oak tonneau and concrete tanks. Structure, freshness and flavor meet harmoniously, coming to express themselves in a complex and concentrated way.

 

Chardonnay DOC "Spìule" Riserva Giulio Locatelli, Angoris

The white wine Chardonnay Spìule Angoris Riserva Giulio Locatelli at the tasting shows a brilliant golden yellow color at the sight. Intense and deep on the nose, it offers hints of overripe yellow pulp fruit, to which are added references to custard, butter and aromatic herbs. The olfactory bouquet is completed by elegant mineral notes. Warm, round and soft the sip, played on the balance between freshness and flavor. Long persistence and pleasantly toasted closure.

PAIRINGS

To be paired with fatty fish or tasty white meats, it is to be tried as an accompaniment to turkey in curry sauce.
