The Chardonnay Sanct Valentin wine of San Michele Appiano in the glass has a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The nose is reminiscent of yellow pulp fruit, fused with sensations of hay, peanut butter and vanilla and toasted notes, with a hint of licorice stick. The taste is substantial and savory, sumptuous in minerality and powerful in freshness, which leads it towards an unforgettable persistence.
