The Chardonnay "Altkirch" by Colterenzio is a fresh, soft and satisfying white wine, coming from the vineyards of Salorno and the Bassa Atesina, vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its fragrance and immediacy, in the best tradition of the type.

 

Alto Adige wine Chardonnay DOC “Altkirch” - Colterenzio

Colterenzio tells the clearest expressions of its territory through the classic line, which includes only wines produced with the typical South Tyrolean varieties. Chardonnay has in fact been grown in the province of Bolzano for over a century. A fresh, soft and satisfying white, coming from the Salorno and Bassa Atesina vineyards, vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its fragrance and immediacy, in the best tradition of the type. Colterenzio's Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC “Altkirch” is a white wine to be enjoyed, excellent for sharing a nice dinner with friends.

TASTING NOTES Chardonnay Altkirch Colterenzio

The Chardonnay Altkirch has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose expresses a delicate and elegant bouquet, characterized by typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, pleasantly fresh and relaxed.

PAIRINGS

Chardonnay Altkirch Colterenzio excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with light cold and hot appetizers, various types of pasta and lightly spiced dishes based on white meats.
