Punta di Colle Chardonnay wine from the Pescaresi Hills IGT Marramiero

The white wine Punta di Colle Chardonnay by Marramiero at tasting has an intense and brilliant golden yellow color, to the nose it is elegant and concentrated with hints of ripe and candied fruit, acacia honey, beeswax, fig and dates.
The breadth of its perfumes continues with delicate notes of yellow flowers that blend with the finest spicy nuances of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and dried rose.
In the mouth it is warm and persuasive, extremely balanced and with a long persistence.

PAIRINGS

It finds its ideal combination with important fish-based dishes and delicate meat-based dishes.
Excellent with aged cheeses accompanied by bitter honey or rosehip jam.
Also pleasant after a meal with dry pasta desserts.
