Tiefenbrunner's Chardonnay is a medium-bodied white wine aged for 4 months on the lees in steel tanks. The nose reveals pleasant hints of exotic fruit and wild flowers. On the palate it is full and decisive, with a good structure and a slightly spicy taste.

The Chardonnay "Merus" from the Tiefenbrunner winery has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections when tasted. The bouquet is characterized by floral aromas, aromas of white fruit and more mature hints that turn towards tropical notes. On the palate it has a pleasantly fresh and savory attack, with elegant and persistent fruity aromas.
PAIRINGS
It goes very well with seafood first courses, fish dishes and delicate white meats.
