Irpinia DOP Fiano Terre di Petrara

When tasted, Fiano Terre di Petrara has a full and brilliant straw yellow colour, on the nose it shows an olfactory grace described by hints of broom and lime, then pear and apricots, with subtle hints of honey and green hazelnuts. Tasting with a very healthy mineral balance, it is fresh, citrusy and has a light savory trail which, with the passage of time, will contribute to enriching the varietal aromatic complement.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect with a risotto with seafood, octopus and potatoes but also a very simple pasta with sardines.
