Lupus in Fabula Vendemmia Tardiva by Tenute Olbios is a dry and warm white wine, with a savory trail that enlivens its full and enveloping sip. After a soft vacuum pressing of the grapes, the must is cryomacerated and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel containers. The unfiltered wine was aged for 14 months in steel in complete contact with the yeasts and microparticles of grape pulp

 

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Lupus in Fabula Late Harvest Tenute Olbios

The Vermentino di Gallura Lupus in Fabula Vendemmia Tardiva by Tenute Olbios has a straw yellow color when tasted and expresses the warmth and olfactory richness of autumn. It brings notes of pear compote, citrus and strawberry tree honey, almond. Dry and warm, it closes with a savory trail that enlivens the full and enveloping sip.

COMBINATIONS

It is a perfect match for raw seafood, sushi, light first courses based on fish or vegetables, roasted and stewed white meat.
