Ribolla Gialla, or Rebula, is by far the grape variety that most directly expresses the essence of the Brda territory, that territory also known as Slovenian Collio; the vine was introduced to these places in Roman times and later found a permanent home there because, thanks to the particular composition of the terroir, it manages to express its thousand faces.

Ribolla Gialla Nina Nunić, when tasted, has a deep straw yellow color with golden nuances, on the nose it is a succession of cedar, green apple and grapefruit, then jasmine, almond, vanilla and toasted bread with clear salty suggestions in the background. Extremely pleasant tasting, it reveals freshness and a sharp flavor in a context of cleanliness and spontaneity that continually encourages drinking.

COMBINATIONS

It goes well with fish salads, pasta seasoned with vegetables and soft cheeses. The perfect wine for sushi.
