This Riesling is a white wine with great freshness which is its distinctive feature. Almost always proposed in a version that leans more sweet than dry, in this version by J.Hütte it is proposed in contrast with the German models, showing a typically South Tyrolean expression.

 

Alto Adige DOC Riesling J.Hütte

Alto Adige DOC Riesling J.Hütte, when tasted, presents itself with a bright greenish yellow colour, has a slender nose of white peach, pear and grapefruit, together with tones of medlar and jasmine, in a slightly ethereal and mineral background. The taste is dry, elegant in its savory thrust and perfectly calibrated in the great freshness that overwhelms the palate and continues, long and inexorable, in the final citrus trail.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with molluscs, scallops and crustaceans but also with poultry, white meats and fresh cheeses.
