Masseria Spaccafico's Chardonnay, with the extra edge of organic certification, is produced from grapes grown in San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi, harvested from the second half of August. The warm climate, typical of the area, favors perfect ripening of the grape which, after careful manual harvesting, in the early hours of dawn, is vinified in steel containers, to enhance all its aromatic nuances. Simple, genuine and respectful of the environment.

Organic Chardonnay "Culbianco" Masseria Spaccafico, when tasted it has a bright straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections, the nose has hints of pineapple, banana and white flowers, while the taste is characterized by a perfect balance between freshness and flavor, with a long citrus persistence of cedar and lime.

Suggested on fish dishes in general, it is perfect with grilled calamari
