Vermentino Toscana IGT "Elianto" Castelli Del Grevepesa

"Elianto" is a Vermentino that comes from sun-scorched vineyards of the Alta Maremma, but lulled by the constant sea breeze which, in addition to mitigating the climate, is decisive for the ripening of the bunches, which are harvested by hand according to a rigorous selection. Entirely worked in steel, to maximize its marine character, Elianto is the Vermentino of Castelli del Grevepesa, a label of quality, typicality and character, guardian of an excellent balance.

TASTING NOTES

The Vermentino "Elianto" dei Castelli del Grevepesa, when tasted, shows an intense straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections, the nose opens with fragrant floral notes reminiscent of acacia and jasmine and then leaves room for delicate citrus scents of zest of cedar, white peach and pineapple, to close on pleasant iodized scents. In the mouth it seduces with a gustatory profile of irreproachable balance between freshness and softness, an excellent structure and the right mineral flavor that accompanies a long persistence of almond.
