The white "Vigna di Gabri" from the Donnafugata winery is a blend of several vines united to highlight the different nuances of the territory from which they come. The nose is lively with its floral, fruity, salty and citrus notes. On the palate there is softness and minerality.

 

Sicilia Bianco DOC "Vigna di Gabri" Donnafugata

When tasted, Donnafugata's Vigna di Gabri white wine shows a bright straw yellow color, the nose opens on floral notes and hints of aromatic herbs to which tones of white pulp fruit (white peach and plum) are added. In the mouth it is persistent, with a perfect match between taste and smell, enriched by a fresh and pleasant mineral vein.

PAIRINGS

Eclectic in its combinations, Donnafugata's “Vigna di Gabri” goes well with seafood first courses. Baked and grilled fish, white meat with sauce, flans and soufflé. Ideal with cod with tomato sauce, vegetables, roasted porcini mushrooms.
