The Sauvignon of the Kante winery is a fragrant and elegant white wine, aged in barrique and in steel. A white with great personality, outlined by tones of exotic fruit, aromatic herbs and hints of vanilla and butter. Pleasant and intense entry, played on freshness, flavor and softness.

 

Venezia Giulia IGT Sauvignon IGT Kante

When tasted, Kante's Sauvignon shows a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The olfactory spectrum is organized around hints of grapefruit, mint, sage and mineral notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, round, with a savory vein that is highlighted by the excellent freshness.

PAIRING Sauvignon Kante

Kante's Sauvignon is excellent to drink throughout the meal, where it perfectly accompanies fish dishes. Also magnificent with vegetable risotto, it is to scream with sea bass ravioli.
