The Sauvignon "Prail" wine from the Colterenzio winery is a pleasantly aromatic white, born from vines rooted in moraine soils rich in minerals. On the nose it releases aromas of exotic fruit, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and white flowers and on the palate the alcohol content is brilliantly tempered by a courteous freshness and a lashing minerality.

Colterenzio  white wine Sauvignon DOC Prail at tasting shows a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, the nose expresses intense notes of elderberry, acacia flowers, and sage. Elegant, in the mouth it is dry, fresh, mineral and satisfying. A reactive, immediate taste characterized by a good persistence.

Fresh and elegant, Colterenzio's "Prail" is an ideal white wine for a great aperitif, possibly to be paired with a cream of asparagus.
