The Pinot Grigio of the Russiz Superiore winery comes from pure Pinot Grigio grapes grown in Capriva del Friuli, on the hills of the Collio DOC at an altitude above sea level that varies between 80 and 200 meters where the soil is rich in marl and sandstones.

 

Pinot Grigio Russiz Superiore 

Marco Felluga's white wine Pinot Grigio Russiz Superiore at tasting shows a golden yellow color with coppery nuances of varying intensity. On the nose it has pronounced hints of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach and scents of broom. The taste is characterized by an elegant fruity, it becomes full-bodied and well structured with a perfect balance between acidity and flavor that leads to a very persistent finish. Full correspondence between taste and smell.

The Pinot Grigio Russiz Superiore is excellent with all fish dishes. It goes very well with herb risottos and all first courses and fresh cheeses.
