The white wine Pinot Grigio Grivo of Fattoria Volpe Pasini at the tasting shows a straw yellow color, the nose expresses an olfactory profile that ranges from fruity notes to floral hints, are warm and welcoming hints of citrus and acacia honey. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, a nice trace of acidity balances its natural softness up to a finish of good persistence.

PAIRINGS

Excellent as an aperitif, the "Grivò" by Volpe Pasini is a white wine that goes well with appetizers and first courses based on seafood.
