The Pinot Grigio wine of Conte D'Attimis Maniago is produced from grapes of Pinot Grigio in purity, a vine of French origin that in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, where it has been cultivated since the second half of the 1800s, has found an ideal environment capable of making it express at levels of excellence.

TASTING NOTES
The white wine Pinot Grigio by Conte d'Attimis Maniago at the tasting shows a straw yellow color. Characteristic, elegant and intense bouquet with a marked hint of acacia flowers, walnut husk, yellow peach and golden apple. Harmonious and fine with evident notes of yeast due to the stay "sur lies". Exuberant on the palate where it widens full and velvety with very prolonged fruity sensations supported by a pleasant freshness .
PAIRINGS
 
Pinot Grigio by Conte d'Attimis Maniago is a wine for aperitifs and raw and cooked seafood appetizers. Excellent with fish, shellfish and white soups. Try the combination with San Daniele ham.
