The Gewürztraminer "Praepositus" of the Novacella Abbey is born in the vineyards raised at about 650 meters above sea level, guaranteeing perfect ripening of the grapes. It is an aromatic, lively and fresh white wine with a mineral finish.

At tasting the Gewürztraminer Praepositus wine of Abbazia di Novacella shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose expresses a rich bouquet of rose and lychee, cloves, vanilla, candied lemon. On the palate it is full, aromatic, characterized by a marked fruity aftertaste and a great persistence.
