Terlan's Gewürztraminer DOC Lunare white wine at tasting shows an intense and sparkling golden yellow color.
The scent of this selection of aromatic Traminer has a refined structure, with tropical and exotic notes of rose petals, lime, lice and orange. In the mouth the fruity aromas that are also repeated on the palate make this aromatic Traminer very pleasant, dry thanks to the classic vinification, complex, but also salty and soft.

PAIRINGS

It is interesting to drink it with Asian dishes in the typical sweet and sour combinations, with grilled redfish or swordfish, or even with pink roasted pigeon supreme, pumpkin gnocchi with walnuts and Alba truffle with balsamic vinegar, or rice pudding with cinnamon. It also goes well with blue cheeses or a delicate gorgonzola.
