Il Gewurztraminer dell’Abbazia di Novacella nasce dall’obiettivo di vinificare il classico, la tradizione e, soprattutto, la qualità. Un bianco di buona struttura ed un ottimo bilanciamento tra freschezza e alcolicità forniscono il supporto all’intensità gustativa che scandisce il sorso. Mantiene la fine eleganza altoatesina ed il carattere coinvolgente del vitigno.

 

Alto Adige DOC Gewurztraminer Novacella Abbey

The Gewurztraminer wine from the Abbazia della Novacella winery has an intense straw yellow color when tasted. Its scent opens up to a fruity and floral complexity of rose, lychee, dried figs and grapefruit, with a finish of sweet spice like vanilla, entirely attributable to the aromatic identity of the grape. A well-structured body and an excellent balance between freshness and alcohol content support the gustatory intensity that marks the sip. It maintains the fine South Tyrolean elegance and the captivating character of the grape.
