This Mars Maltage Cosmo whiskey is a blended made up of a series of single malts aged initially in Scotland and subsequently finished in the Shinshu distillery, a completely unusual practice in Japan, where it is difficult to turn to other producers to satisfy demand! Diluted with pure Japanese water obtained from the springs adjacent to the distillery.

 

Whiskey Mars Maltage Cosmo

This Mars Maltage Cosmo whisky, when tasted, presents itself with an intense amber yellow colour, the nose welcomes with fruity notes of currant and plum, toasted tones of hazelnut and spicy vanilla sweets, all in an earthy background. The taste is soft, enveloping and rounded, with a succession of citrus fruits, cocoa and caramel, with a long persistence halfway between cereals and oak.
