Zibibbo Morsi di Luce Cantine Florio 50cl
After a partial fermentation, the must of the Zibibbo grapes is added with wine distillate, to then rest for at least 10 months in small oak barrels and, finally, refined in the bottle for the time necessary to embellish the bouquet. Bites, but also sips, of a splendid land.
Sicily IGT Zibibbo "Morsi Di Luce" Cantine Florio
Zibibbo "Morsi Di Luce" from Cantine Florio, when tasted, has a rose gold color with coppery reflections, intense and luminous. The nose captures with sensations of dried apricot, orange honey, candied citrus peel and light iodine puffs. The taste is sweet, enveloping but not cloying, aided perfectly by the flavor that leaves a clean and balanced mouth.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with almond or peanut brittle or with candied citrus peels in dark chocolate.
