This pure Chardonnay sparkling wine, a precious and elegant bubble, comes to life directly from the most suitable vines of the Trentino of the Avisian Hills and in the area of the Trento Doc appellation. It is harvested in September and ferments in stainless steel, and then matures on the lees for a period ranging from 24 to 36 months, in dark and silent cellars, until it takes on those characteristics that distinguish it in terms of aroma and palate.

TASTING NOTES

It shows a bright gold color with a fine and persistent perlage and expresses an intense bouquet of citrus fruits and white flowers on the nose, giving sweet hints of cotton candy and croissants. On the palate it offers an exuberant, creamy sip, with a complex structure and a pleasantly persistent finish.

PAIRINGS

Its splendid organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany crustaceans and raw seafood. Absolutely to try with fresh cheeses, such as robiola.
