Diplomático Ambassador Rum, when tasted, has a very intense amber color with coppery reflections. On the nose it presents hints of toasted dried fruit such as almond and hazelnut, together with notes of ripe banana, cooked apple and dried flowers, with a background of cocoa powder. Tasting reveals a powerful product, well balanced between the buttery notes of dry pastry and the bitter sensation of caramel and cinchona, on an almost balsamic background that leads to a finish that never ends, in a long persistence of chestnut honey.
