As per Cuban tradition, the Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Rum is also produced from molasses, fermented and distilled in a continuous still, followed by a perfect combination of prolonged aging (in this case 11 years in white oak barrels) and aroma, a magical blend that brings the gentle touch of the greatest masters of Ron Cubano.

Rum Santiago De Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years, when tasted, has a shiny and intense amber color, with ruby veins, has a layered nose of tropical fruit in syrup and dried coconut, framed by sweet notes of vanilla and darker notes of almond toasted. When tasted, the pleasant sweetness is perfectly balanced by the right combination of spices that involve the entire palate, filling every corner and leading to a long and round finish.

How to taste it

To be drunk neat to better appreciate its qualities, it is perfect in a great cocktail.
