Chianti Classico Grand Selection "La Casuccia" Castello di Ama 2015

Intense ruby with excellent brightness. Sensual and complex olfactory baggage that strikes with a large bouquet of excellent synthesis. Licorice, tobacco, cocoa, balsamic note, vanilla and sweet toast combined with hints of ripe red fruit. It envelops the palate, endowed with rich extract, powerful and elegant tannins and a remarkably long finish with hints of chocolate.

Ideal to accompany red meats and game, it is excellent with wild boar stew.
