Cannonau di Sardinia Riserva DOC "Dimonios" Sella & Mosca

The red wine Cannonau Riserva Dimonios by Sella & Mosca at the tasting shows a very intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses spicy hints, notes of officinal herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, balsamic and floral nuances, on a background of small red berries. On the palate it has good structure, dense and evolved tannic texture, complex and persistent aromas, which stretch towards an enveloping, warm and harmonious finish.
PAIRINGS
Dimonios is a red that goes well, for the right combination of island tradition and international elegance, with structured first courses, meat main courses and medium-aged cheeses. Perfect to accompany, for example, beef stew with juniper-flavored potatoes , or leg of kid with wild herbs .
