The SP68 Rosso by Arianna Occhipinti is a soft wine, well supported between the tannic texture and the freshness. SP68, which is the provincial road that leads to the cradle of Occhipinti wines, is available in both white and red and, for the latter, it includes a blend of Frappato and Nero d'Avola, from plants at 280 meters above sea level where the temperature range meets the flavor of the sea. Everything is transferred into the glass, in a wine that is history, art and tradition, in a word: culture. Biodynamic production.

 

Terre Siciliane IGT SP68 Red by Arianna Occhipinti

The SP68 Rosso by Arianna Occhipinti, when tasted, presents itself with an intense ruby red color, the nose expresses notes of currant and blueberries, wild hints that recall fur and then dark notes of humus and undergrowth, thyme and black pepper. The taste is soft and the mouth is well supported between the tannic texture and the freshness that recalls blood orange. Long finish that recalls spices, tobacco and leather.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect with ragù risotto, it doesn't disdain a gratinated lamb.
