Salento PGI Negroamaro "Pellirosso" Coppi, when tasted, presents an intense and bright ruby red color, has a fruity nose of plums, sour cherries and mulberries, mineral nuances and whiffs of Mediterranean scrub. The taste is soft, dry and rightly tannic, with a precise flavor that leads to a pleasantly fruity finish.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with barbecued meat, black bean soup or a traditional horse stew.
