Barbera D'Alba DOC "Sanguigna" Bersano

Barbera D'Alba DOC "Sanguigna" Bersano, when tasted, presents a clear ruby red color, has a warm nose of ripe red and black fruit: blackberry and raspberry, liquorice, cocoa and oak. On the palate it shows copious softness, freshness and pleasant flavor which attest to an excellent potential for evolution.

COMBINATIONS

Let's pair it with a baked suckling pig, strips of beef with rocket, stewed snails, vegetable timbales or cheeses such as Raschera d'alpeggio or Camembert.
