Aglianico "La Firma" is the red par excellence of Vulture and Basilicata, a true oenological monument that ages 12 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle, to give the most authentic version of its territory.

Aglianico Del Vulture DOC "La Firma" from Cantine Del Notaio, when tasted has a compact and bright garnet red colour, on the nose it presents dark and powerful aromas of leather and pipe tobacco, red roses and quince jelly, with balsamic whiffs of scrub Mediterranean, eucalyptus and mint chocolate. Rich, tasty, intense tasting, very pleasant in its deep fruity notes and with a very warm finish, finished by a perfectly blended tannin.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal with game, first courses with tasty sauces, it goes well with a stuffed pigeon
