County Di Sclafani DOC Rosso Del Conte Tasca d'Almerita, on tasting it presents an intense and decidedly bright ruby red colour, initially revealing spicy, mineral and herbaceous hints on the nose and then giving off ripe fruitiness and balsamic notes. Corresponding to the taste, intense and with an exceptional progression, it has balance and very elegant tannins. Balsamic persistence on the finish.

COMBINATIONS

It pairs perfectly, enhancing it, with spit-roasted or baked goat.
