Aglianico Del Vulture Superiore DOCG Serpara Re Manfredi, when tasted, presents a dense and impenetrable garnet red colour, gives us aromas of plum, wild blackberry, blueberry jam, dried violet petals, intense notes of black pepper, graphite and grains of roasted coffee. On the palate it is enveloping, intense, soft, with a long-lasting and persistent finish.

COMBINATIONS

It is recommended in combination with game dishes, beef fillet with green pepper and mustard sauce, long-matured Canestrato di Moliterno PGI.
