The vinification of Elio Grasso's Barolo DOCG “Gavarini Chiniera” involves fermentation in steel, followed by an aging in Slavonian oak barrels for thirty months. It is left to rest for a further ten months in the bottle before being marketed. It maintains a vibrant and exuberant character, resulting complex on the nose and powerful on the palate. It guarantees an excellent drinkability mirror.

The Barolo DOCG wine "Gavarini Chiniera" - Elio Grasso shows a ruby red color in the glass, with garnet reflections. It opens on the nose giving hints of ripe red fruit and jam, followed by balsamic tones and references to graphite, incense and cocoa. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth, characterized by a solid tannic texture and long persistence.
