When tasted, the red wine Barbera d'Asti DOCG Bricco della Bigotta di Braida by Giacomo Bologna shows a deep garnet red color, with light ruby reflections in the glass. The nose is rich and deep, and develops on floral hints of violet, on fruity notes of plum, and on hints of licorice and vanilla. The taste is vigorous and intense, balanced and played on the fruit-spice alternation. Long persistence.

PAIRINGS

It goes well with roasted meats and hard cheeses. Excellent to accompany baked pork shank.
