The “La Luna ei Falò” wine is the Barbera d'Asti Superiore branded Vite Colte. It comes from the assembly of grapes from different plots, spread over more than 60 hectares of different vineyards. During the processing phase, therefore, the range of choice between the different batches is wide, thus allowing you to “play”, harvest after harvest, with aromas and structures that can be measured at will from the cellar. The result, just like with this vintage, is always of great balance, with the right compromise between complexity and elegance.

 

Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG wine "La Luna e Falo" Vite Colte

Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG La Luna ei Falò wine on tasting shows an intense ruby red color, the nose expresses an intense olfactory profile and characterized by harmonious hints of violet, licorice and vanilla. On the palate it is dry, soft and full. Light oak notes support the finish, of good persistence.
