Noa Cusumano 2019 75 cl
Obtained with a skilful mix of local native grapes and international grapes (Nero d'Avola, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon), harvested in the first ten days of September, this territorial wine ferments at controlled temperatures and then undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. It then matures in the same containers for 12 months, and then refines in glass for a short period, before being marketed.
It is a faithful mirror of the land from which it was born.
Sicily DOC "Noà" Cusumano
Sicilia DOC "Noà" Cusumano, when tasted, presents a ruby red color of good intensity. On the nose it offers a complex aroma, where sensations of cherry and blackberry blend well with notes of figs and sweet spices such as chocolate. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, with great overall harmony, a faithful reflection of the land from which it comes.
