Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC Classico Zenato
The Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC Classico Zenato wine comes from the best grapes of the Costalunga estate, in Sant'Ambrogio in the "classic" area of Valpolicella. Fruit of passion and able to surprise those who taste it thanks to the expressive capacity of the vines that compose it.
An Amarone that reflects a terrior full of meanings and traditions. Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes are left to dry in the loft for about 4 months in wooden boxes. When they are considered ready by the cellar, the grapes are pressed and alcoholic fermentation is started, leaving the must to macerate on the skins for 15-20 days. The refinement is foreseen in oak barrels for at least 36 months .
