The Amarone Riserva "Capitel Monte Olmi" of the Tedeschi winery is a red with great structure, aged in cask for at least 3 years. The intense and varied bouquet ranges from small red fruits to soft and complex hints of wood and vanilla. The sip is enveloping, elegant and very long.

Tedeschi's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG "Capitel Monte Olmi" wine shows a very dark and dense ruby red color. Raspberry, resin, menthol, dried flowers, tobacco, leather and pepper represent the symphony of aromas found on the nose. In the mouth it is majestic, rich, warm thanks to the alcohol content, with a finely worked tannin. It closes with a very long finish.

PAIRINGS

It has an excellent structure, which therefore requires dishes capable of enhancing it. Ideal with game and red meats cooked with elaborate preparations, it is also perfect with aged cheeses. Gives the best of itself with a crusted beef tenderloin.
