The red wine "Tanca Farrà" comes from a careful blending between the two red grape varieties that Sella & Mosca know best: cannonau and cabernet sauvignon, both grown on strong, clayey, red and iron-rich soils.

Alghero DOC Tanca Farrà di Sella & Mosca at the tasting shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it expresses a broad, ethereal, resolute olfactory profile, characterized by first herbaceous and then fruity tones. On the palate it is full, dry, balanced and harmonious, characterized by slight herbaceous hints and a nuanced aftertaste of oak.

PAIRINGS

For the whole meal, it goes well with roast meats typical of the Sardinian tradition and medium-aged cheeses.
