A soft and elegant Aglianico del Vulture. It is in fact a highly evocative place, historically suited to the cultivation of Aglianico, a place where this great Southern variety is able to express itself at its best. An enveloping and velvety red, vinified in steel and subsequently left to mature in French oak barriques for 14 months before further refinement in the bottle.

 

Aglianico del Vulture DOC “Rotondo” - Paternoster wine

When tasted, the Aglianico del Vulture "Rotondo" shows a ruby red color with purple reflections, the nose expresses fruity and spicy notes with a slight hint of licorice. On the palate it is juicy, concentrated, pleasantly characterized by hints of raspberry jam. It closes with a soft and persistent finish.
