The red wine Aglianico Castel del Monte DOC Bocca di Lupo at the tasting shows a dark ruby red color. The nose presents a complex and prolonged succession of hints: spicy, mentholated, toasted, with notes of ink and nuances of jam, prunes and cherries in alcohol. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with a great structure. Overall it is a very elegant wine, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany cured meats and aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with savory first courses based on meat sauce and roasts.
